 Integrator/Director of Construction Operations

We have experienced significant growth each year for the past 3 years and are looking for Architects to help us continue our ascent.

The ideal candidate is a multi-disciplined manager that can oversee multiple projects from all aspects: design, estimating, billing, execution. He or she must be highly organized and a results driven individual that can be five steps ahead at any given moment. Must work well with others and do what it takes to obtain results while maintaining financial oversight, budgeting and managing the overall financial outlook of our business. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Play a leadership role in coordinating key processes such as the budget, forecast or critical analytical projects.
  • Lead the creation of the revenue and product quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
  • Document complex financial analysis, technical analysis, and monthly variance analysis to determine present and future financial performance of the company.
  • Provide suggestions for increasing profit and reducing costs
  • Analyze potential risks and oversee all risk management issues
  • Propose action plans to ensure Timeline's financial objectives are achieved
  • Supervise preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and forecasts
  • Analyze financial reports for trends and suggest revisions to budgets and forecasts
  • Annual 401(k) administration and enrollment
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Must have big picture vision and able to manage teams and coordinate with subcontractors and field staff.


Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years Previous experience in high end residential construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software (Co-Construct, Builder Trend)
  • Strong leadership qualities, with demonstrable success'
  • Strong operational construction, negotiation, management skills are a Must
  • CPA or MBA strongly desired.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a positive and timely manner.
  • Broad experience in financial analysis/accounting required.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices & procedures and general accounting practices & principles.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project planning and management skills are a must; ability to breakdown complex problems into manageable goals is required.
  • Ability to synthesize various, independently generated, data points into a cohesive analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling capability required. Significant proficiency with Microsoft Products (Excel, Access) required.
  • Demonstrate strategic thought and a big-picture perspective on issues and potential solutions.
